Presenting the Journey from a skinny kunt to a sick shredded kunt! Were all gonna make it brahs!
The Zyzz Steroid Controversy & Workout Routine
The father of aesthetics had many workout routines in his short bodybuilding career to due to the fact he did little to know research prior to his journey in the gym. Instead, Zyzz chose to experiment with trial and error to form the routine that best fit his particular needs.
Zyzz became the poster boy for ‘aesthetics’, a subculture of Australian bodybuilding that focuses on the art, beauty and lifestyle of body sculpting. He had also started his own protein label “Protein of the Gods, and clothing line. Primarily, however, Zyzz was most at home in the gym, and his personal training and experience led to the creation of his Bodybuilding Bible, a definitive guide to achieving the ultimate physique.
Zyzz denied ever taking steroids, but shortly before his death he reportedly spoke with legendary Gold Coast loan shark, Tim Sharky, who asked him what he was taking, to which Zyzz replied, “Everything”. The Daily Telegraph reported that the company Zyzz once worked for as stripper stated that he was a lovely guy, “aside from the steroids”. Zyzz has also been quoted as using phrases such as “riding bicycles,” which is gym slang for cycling steroids.
He has referred to anabolic substances such as clenbuterol and D-bol and jokingly mentioned his lack of remaining testicles which is a side effect of most anabolic steroids.
Upon his death his brother chestbrah made a short video admitting to he and his brother Zyzz’s frequent use of steroids.
Zyzz Philosphy & Fame: The “Aesthetics Movement”
Zyzz philosophy on training is to never follow what a piece of paper tells you, and listen to what your body says and how it feels. Zyzz’s view on life was that everybody, one day, will die and be forgetton.
Act and behave in a way that will make life interesting and fun. Fuck a mundane predictable life working Monday to Friday with something you derive no pleasure from. Find a passion, form relationships, don’t be afraid to get out there and fuck what everyone else thinks. Trust me, its a lot more fun that way.
Don’t ever pay people out or put people down. Instead just put yourself up and let the haters do their thing. Id rather be a person that’s hated on, than a person that does the hating.
Zyzz’s message is to train hard, don’t be a hard cunt, enjoy life and don’t take yourself too seriously.
Aziz Shavershian left behind a legacy as a bodybuilder, personal trainer and internet celebrity. A self-proclaimed ectomorph, the skinny kid transformed his body in 4 years , and became labelled by his fans as the “Son of Zeus”. Zyzz originally started training to impress girls, but his motivation went beyond that as the years progressed, and he famously stated:
I can safely say that my motivation to train goes far beyond that of merely impressing people, it is derived from the feeling of having set goals and achieving them and outdoing myself in the gym. I absolutely love it, the feeling of pushing out that last rep, and getting skin tearing pumps is something I don’t see myself without.
The Tragic & Sudden Death of Zyzz
On August 5th, 2011 Aziz Shavershian suffered a heart attack and died while on holiday in Bangkok. Many news channels and other agencies reported he passed away in a sauna from heart failure due to image/performance enhancing drugs such as Clenbuterol and T3.
His brother Chestbrah later released a video on his brothers death stating that he was in an massage parlor getting a foot rub when he felt tired and told the masseuse he was going to lay down for a bit. He never woke up again after falling asleep.
There is a lot of speculation to how Zyzz died. Many people including his brother think there was some type of foul play involved and someone may have drugged him. Some go as far as to say hes still alive and living in miami.
He did it to possibly avoid drug dealers he owed money to, or to increase his popularity when he comes back to reveal it was all a hoax.
Despite all the rumors, his family did receive an official post mortem report on Zyzz from the Department of Foreign Affairs confirming it was an undiagnosed heart condition from the cardiac arrest he suffered and died from.
His family goes on to say that he did show symptoms of high blood pressure and shortness of breath the few months leading up to his passing but was unaware that he had any such condition. His death has affected his family deeply.
His fans have only increased since his passing. His facebook swelled from 52,000 followers to over 73,000 after his death broke the news.
And its not just his family it affected. A fan goes on to say this:
“Zyzz changed my life, I’ve never met him. But, when my life was hard and i felt like there was nowhere left to go, Zyzz showed me a new world, showed me that we are what we put into life, and that you can change yourself into whatever you wish to be.”
Zyzz inspired a generation to shoot for the stars and never give he showed them what was possible with his transformation into the Son of Zeus, The Brother of Hercules and the Father of Aesthetics.
May your legacy live on in the hearts and minds of all those you have touched over the short time you were here. You will be deeply missed and mourned.
R.I.P brother and thank you for everything.
